Great Customer Service I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue in for its first service. The service writer was excellent. I had been told that I would receive free oil changes but do I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue in for its first service. The service writer was excellent. I had been told that I would receive free oil changes but don't recall being told that a decal on my back window had to be applied to be eligible when I purchased the car. In defense of my sales person there was a mix-up when I purchased the car so I am assuming it was just overlooked. The decal was not applied when I purchased the car. They honored their word by supplying the free oil change and added the decal to the window. They got everything done within a reasonable time and washed my car before I left. I have had only excellent service from the purchase of the car through the first service. I would recommend Harbor Nissan to anyone. More
I used to love your service center, but not returning I used to love your service center. I felt your techs and mechanics were incredibly thorough and really cared about my experience, and wanted to do t I used to love your service center. This is the third time in a row that I have brought my car in for service and have been told the problem is fixed when it clearly was not. I expressed what was wrong, told that they couldn't find it, and was sent on my way. The *MOMENT* I drove on 41, I heard the problem. Had they driven my car like they claimed, they would have heard it too, and maybe it would be fixed. Thankfully I didn't get charged for my visit, but now I have to waste my time finding another mechanic because your formerly fantastic shop can't seem to do figure out how to fix my car anymore. The time prior to this, I had to literally turn around and come back to the dealership because the issue wasn't fixed. Prior to that experience, I was so livid with the CSR at the service center that I just went somewhere else. At least the CSR this time was a super nice guy. I am not sure what his name is, but he looks like Rick from Pawn Stars....super nice guy! More
