Great service The service department was great, was able to get an appointment for the next day..was kept informed with my vehicle . Wash & vacuum I went to get an oil change and I ask to have my car washed and vacuumed, I even repeated myself 3 times because they kept saying washed and I would s I went to get an oil change and I ask to have my car washed and vacuumed, I even repeated myself 3 times because they kept saying washed and I would say and vacuumed and when I went to get in it, it was not done. I ask again and they sent the guy out to do it and he only did the driver side, I went back in again and ask and they said that they only do the driver side unless you ask, I then said well how would I know that if it is not communicated. I really don't understand if they say you can have your car washed and vacuumed with every oil change then why can't they do the whole car, it doesn't make any sense. It also took them 4 hours to get it done this time which seems way to long. More

Check up I recently had my car worked on at this site about 2 weeks prior and after I left I was hearing a noise coming from my tires. I worked with Scott (Se I recently had my car worked on at this site about 2 weeks prior and after I left I was hearing a noise coming from my tires. I worked with Scott (Service manager) directly, he and the specialist inspected the car and found that the noise is coming from my tires. They were both very helpful. I will always recommend Scott as he kept me well informed of each set they took to seek out the problem. More

Amazing service Recently had my Rogue in for an oil change. Pulled up and someone greeted me and had me step inside to a Service Advisor. No waiting, pulled me up o Recently had my Rogue in for an oil change. Pulled up and someone greeted me and had me step inside to a Service Advisor. No waiting, pulled me up on the computer and asked me to have a seat in the lounge. Coffee and danish and cookies await you. Car was ready in about an hour and Service Advisor, Jim Lane came and got me, explained everything that had been checked and answered all my questions. I have never had a problem with anything or any one at Harbor Nissan. More

Amazing I have taken my car to other places for oil changes but nothing compares to Harbor Nissan.
