Fast, efficient, adaptable, and professional…. .and all while their computer was on the fritz!. Basic oil change on short notice and the service department got me in and out of there. My only complaint was that they finished before I was done eating the breakfast I brought along. :-) Not sure of who the specific persons were on my job, but it appears that the department works like a well oiled machine (pun intended). Even though we experienced drivability issue with our trade, Jon arranged to have it towed to Harbro and even delivered our new car, with new plates attached, to our home. Thenservice was great. They told me to keep an eye out for an oil leak, but I have not seen any yet. My issue is not with the service, but with the fact that I bought two Hyundais from Webster Harbro with the promise that I would be able to get service in Webster. I know that service in Webster has been prioritized to get incoming cars serviced to go on the lots for sale. The last Webster Harbro mechanic was able to get me scheduled for quick oil changes after I got out of work without having to drive to Whitensville. The guy working there presently told me that he could only get me in before 9:00 a couple of days each week. He said that he was only doing what he was told by Whitensville Harbro. The Whitensville guy I worked with, told me - I am trying to remember, but I was not happy with his response -something like, "Well, Webster makes their own schedules." I was not happy with Harbro not making a small adjustment to fit me in for an oil change which is covered under the warranty/extra cost of the Santa Fe in Webster as part of their sales pitch in buying the car. I was also not happy to be told one thing by Wbster, and another thing by Whitensville. The new Webster mechanic was following orders from Whitensville, and Whitensville outright mislead me. More
