As a previous employee i witnessed alot of repeat customers that would come in for service that worked or bought cars from harbro even 10+ years prior. And after moving away and coming back years later. I find myself doing the same routine. The reason behind it is. 1) I know when i drop one of my fleet vehicles off for regular preventive maintenance or repairs that Mark will do everything in his power to make sure its quality parts at a reasonable price. 2) That Jim, Aaron and Kevin will do the job the right way the first time and they never settle for less. 3) They know what the customers expect and they exceed the expectations. What more can you ask for?
