I brought my truck in for servicing and once again I get it back with damage to my expensive chrome wrap . I will not be returning here ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would for the lack of care to vehicles that get dropped off here. More

Purchased a used vehicle- they forced charges me $695 for door guards the vehicle only had one door guard on it which was ripped — they promised a detail and they also forced either window insurance or Karr door guards the vehicle only had one door guard on it which was ripped — they promised a detail and they also forced either window insurance or Karr and we didn’t have a choice it had to be one or the other — terrible. Also I have emails David a few times now with no response— since I paid for the door guards it’s only fair that we get them. I am going to complain to my bank of the ridiculous charges this dealer charges. Not happy also we dealt with a man named Joe wow what a grump. At this point I will not be returning to that dealer and would like my $695 back — I gave David 4 stars but it should be 2 or 3 because of his lack of follow up. Also they didn’t even give me any information on the window insurance— bad bad bad not satisfied and will not recommend More
