I very rarely write reviews, but this time I feel people need to be aware of their tactics in the service department. I took my GMC terrain for oil change on Sept. 11th, I was quoted $ 109.95 including tir need to be aware of their tactics in the service department. I took my GMC terrain for oil change on Sept. 11th, I was quoted $ 109.95 including tire rotation, then they ran the inspection and a few things that needed work we decided just to do the coolant fluid exchange for $ 269.92 at that point I remember that I had an e-mail reflecting a 20% off, once they realized I had the 20% off they up the oil change from $109.95 to $ 163.81 with parts and labor. To be honest I don't know if the 20% should apply to labor as well (coupon did not specify) what it should've been a total of $ 321.16 the total bill was $ 347.35 and that's after discussing it with the manager as to why they had bumped the oil change charge from $ 109.95 to $ 163.81 he applied an extra $ 15.00 discount to my invoice. It had happened in the past where I go there for oil change and I bring it to their attention that I had a coupon and the tech would say " oh the discount was already applied" and I think,How would you know I have a coupon? Needless to say we are not going back there again. More

While buying a vehicle everything was fine. While testing everything I noticed the front right headlight was broken and I was promised that they would fix it at a later date for free. So for days I texted asking and was lied to each and every day. First it was that the tech did not work specific days, and that they had a family emergency and weren't there. Then eventually they stopped replying to me altogether. Very unprofessional and rude. Also, while finalizing my purchase, I was offered additional car insurance/warranty. When I said no, he kept bugging me about it for 5 minutes. He then lowered the price of it and made it seem like it was an amazing deal he was giving me, so I caved in and said yes. Then upon further review of this warranty, I realized I had been lied to AGAIN. He said that I could take it in any time I had problems and it would be free, but it is NOT free. It has a $200 deductible any time I use it, which is insane. Needless to say I got a refund from the insurance it was from. But due to the fact I was lied to, the $2000 i paid for the insurance as part of the down payment is now gone and goes toward my loan instead of in my pocket. This place is full of unprofessional, disgusting liars. I would not recommend it to anyone. Please save yourself the time and money. More
