Hey, First time GMC customer here. When I first had to call service and parts, due to a maintenance needed, I was nervous scared and worried. The woman in Serice and parts at Har When I first had to call service and parts, due to a maintenance needed, I was nervous scared and worried. The woman in Serice and parts at Harding GMC was my first point of contact. Her tone of voice unwelcoming and bothered. She was unsure and unknowledgeable regarding the questions I was asking her regarding on what to do and how to proceed w my car maintenance and service Without pulling up any information on my vehicle. She just gave me set prices and brushed me off and left me lost and confused. ( please find out who this woman is and have a talk with her) perhaps provide feedback on how she can better her customer service skills. Long story short, im still nervous, I still had more questions so I called again hoping I wouldn't get the lady. Thankfully, I got Christian. Honest, had my vehicle serviced for a fault showing about the brakes, after repaired, picked up the vehicle and the next day the same fault returned. Brought the vehicle back to be looked at again and it was the brakes, after repaired, picked up the vehicle and the next day the same fault returned.
