The service took 6 weeks to complete an 8 hr install. I was told the service warranty was covered and approved only to find out after the service was completed that it wasn’t covered and that I owed mone I was told the service warranty was covered and approved only to find out after the service was completed that it wasn’t covered and that I owed money that was never quoted to me or approved by me before performing the service. During the 6 weeks my vehicle was at the dealership apparently my vehicle was left unlocked during none business hours and someone was able to get in my vehicle, rummage through my center console and glove box, and stole some things out of my vehicle. After discussing the missing items and promised that they would be replaced, it has now taken over an additional month and I still have not received those items. When I call concerning the parts, I continue to be told that they’re looking into it and they would contact me, but I am constantly having to follow up with no answers so far as to when I will be receiving those things. So I am pretty disappointed in the way my service was handled, the approval process was handled, the way the security of my vehicle went in the possession of the dealership was handled, and the way the missing items are being handled. More
