I brought my 2024 Acadia because service lights were on and the fan kept running after the car was off. At one point it stated it was overheating. I brought it in a rush because of this. 2nd time at dealership. Brought truck in for couple issues. They repaired it and picked it up. Went to drive it the next day and it would not start. Found batteries dead. The batteries were fine at time dropped it off. I called and spoke to Sean and he said they had to keep jumping the truck while it was there. He never mentioned anything to us about the battery having issues. He had attitude and was only worried about the issue we brought it in for was fixed. Never took any responsibility for the battery issue that something may have been left on while there. No communication at all about it and it’s their responsibility to let the vehicle owner know any and all issues that go on with the vehicle. Very unsatisfied and unhappy after this experience. Was going to recommend your dealership to a friend but no longer doing that. More
