Customer service was poor I had gone in just for an oil change and it took 4 hours when I've gone to the GMC and Cadillac by my house and they always have my car out within 1 hour or less the person that h change and it took 4 hours when I've gone to the GMC and Cadillac by my house and they always have my car out within 1 hour or less the person that helped me in the beginning didn't even help me through the entire process it was another employee that had to explain everything to me More
