Clearly the focus of the dealership, or at least the service provider was to get the vehicle in and out as quickly as possible, and not to actually care about the issue at hand and resolving it, or clie service provider was to get the vehicle in and out as quickly as possible, and not to actually care about the issue at hand and resolving it, or client concerns to the fullest. The customer service at Hardin Buick from the two service advisors that I spoke to to the front desk where I paid the bill was above and beyond excellent I actually had called another dealer closer to me to advisors that I spoke to to the front desk where I paid the bill was above and beyond excellent I actually had called another dealer closer to me to get this problem fixed and they were so dismissive and rude I drove the extra 25 miles to harden because they were warm concerned, receptive, and provided excellent service highly recommend them to anyone looking for a GMC authorized dealer to get their vehicle serviced More
