I am very happy and pleased with the sales person that helped me and my husband at the Hardin GMC we went to get a car and the one we wanted was approved but the car payment was pricy so the sales person helped me and my husband at the Hardin GMC we went to get a car and the one we wanted was approved but the car payment was pricy so the sales person gave us other options on same vehicle but different style and again was approved at a more affordable monthly payment for us so we decided on getting the suv we Are so happy with our purchase and we extremely recommend anyone that would like to go and purchase a car their they are so nice and willing to help you with your purchase and also the place looks very nice and clean and other staff that works their that came by were so nice too so if your going to buy a new car truck or suv coke on to Hardin Buick GMC their the best on helping you with your buy thank you Hardin Buick GMC for helping me with my purchase your the best!!!! Their customer service in service is lacking to say the least. They do the bare minimum at best. I mentioned a low tire asked if they used Nitrogen, the writer said no they don't have it and I'd have to go least. They do the bare minimum at best. I mentioned a low tire asked if they used Nitrogen, the writer said no they don't have it and I'd have to go somewhere else and they won't add air to Nitrogen filled tires. They still did. Even with the caps being green for Nitrogen. I paid $180 for an oil change that is supposed to top off fluids. Ironically enough, my DEF tank was at half when I was leaving the dealership and my Windshield Wiper fluid tank was empty when I got home. So I am genuinely worried about the oil change. If they used the right oil, or added the right amount. Honestly, if they even changed it at all. If you have the choice of using a different dealership, do it. More
