Hardin GMC is a wonderful dealer. I have used Hardin for two purchases of one used and my recent a new purchase. The sales team, floor manager, and finance team is pleasure to work with. The service tea two purchases of one used and my recent a new purchase. The sales team, floor manager, and finance team is pleasure to work with. The service team well, I believe there’s room for improvement in communication. I don’t receive and updates, I was never asked if I would wait , needed a ride from the shuttle, or if a loaner vehicle was available at anytime. I did ask for a loaner , but was told there was not any. I personally saw a red Buick SUV with courtesy vehicle on the windshield. I have gone to 3 different GMC service departments and I seldom use Hardin for service since the other two are more accommodating and communicate as I would expect. Additionally the service note states TP was set to 35psi and signed off , yet my vehicle still have various psi on each wheel from 41-39psi. Nonetheless I am over all satisfied. I will continue to consider Hardin GMC for service and purchases. More

I was treated very badly from the service manager he was extremely chauvinistic to me because I am a single woman. I tried to contact the unit manager and he never even bothered to return my messages. It wa extremely chauvinistic to me because I am a single woman. I tried to contact the unit manager and he never even bothered to return my messages. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend any woman to deal with that kind of treatment.
