My experience with Hardin Buick / GMC was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and my wife’s second. Prior to going through Hardin, we tried going through Ford and Honda where we felt we were experience purchasing a new vehicle and my wife’s second. Prior to going through Hardin, we tried going through Ford and Honda where we felt we were being pressured to purchase that day before even taking a test drive. Additionally, when speaking over the phone, we were mislead about the inventory and option at these dealerships. Within 20 minutes of calling the Hardin dealership, we met with Felix, whom we spoke to over the phone, were showed the packages, prices, and took a test drive of our desired vehicle. The dealership had the best service we experienced by far throughout the entire process from start to finish! More
