I had been in search of a Honda Civic and was working with Honda World of Louisville and just didn't feel comfortable with them. I talked with several salesmen there and something was not sitting right with Honda World of Louisville and just didn't feel comfortable with them. I talked with several salesmen there and something was not sitting right with me. I was coming back from Elizabethtown and decided check Hardin County Honda's inventory. Andy Cook approached me and immediately I felt comfortable. They had the car I was looking for and made the purchase. It was a very simple process, Andy walked me through it and in the end showed me all the features of the car and sync my phone to the car and filled up the tank. Hey just traded in my car for a new Ridgeline! Ted H was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made my time there very smooth. He let me take the vehicle home to show my wife. He was there way past closing h extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made my time there very smooth. He let me take the vehicle home to show my wife. He was there way past closing hours, without complaint. Most of the staff were pretty nice. One thing happened during my experience I wasn’t a fan of. The vehicle I bought was a demo. This meant the vehicle was kind of dirty inside, which I was not worried about, because i assumed they would detail it and make it look brand new...well I told them before they started the detail not to clean the bed of the truck, due to all my belongings from car being in there. So they did not touch the bed, nor did they clean the center console inside, under the seats or the rear seats. They cleaned the exterior and little bit of the front. Like xxx.
