I picked up the car without floormat and a ticking noise even without starting. The salesperson who is not responding my calls said that he would send me the floormat by mail before picking up. Truck deal was easy, but truck never went through the service dept when they took it in on trade. Called next day to inform them of that and they asked me to bring it up there ASAP, which I did. They changed the oil, replaced the idle pulley with the serpentine belt. But that's all they did.. I thought they would have filled the washer fluid and put antifreeze in it because both was low, but they didn't. Then they call and say they never got the emission done on it and asked I come by to get that done. They still owe me an air filter as it hasn't came in yet (3wks). I can buy one from summit and have it here in 2 days.. I love the truck, but they let this slip through the cracks to get it on the lot. More
