Like many others in today's economy, I have less than stellar credit. I have heard the word "NO" so many times when it came to trying to get a decent car. I've had other dealerships say I wasted their ti stellar credit. I have heard the word "NO" so many times when it came to trying to get a decent car. I've had other dealerships say I wasted their time, and treat me poorly. This is DEFINITELY NOT the case at Hare. Brian Eybel worked diligently to help me, never once treated me as an inconvenience, or as if I was less important than a customer with perfect credit. I am in a car I love, at a price I can afford, and feel great about it! I would highly recommend Brian and the entire Hare Chevrolet organization. What a classy, high quality group of people!!!! More
The neagtives or the reason for the lower marks would be that we told our saleman we wanted to look at the Chevy Sonic and Cruze. He did take us over there, but within a few minutes told us there were no rebates on those models, and that he would like to show us the 2012 Maibu. When I was called about an appointment I was told I could get 2500.00 for down payment or to lower the overall cost of the vehicle by Terese, when I got there I was told I could not. Strike 1. We were told by the salesman the mailbu had a 3000.00 rebate which I only found out during the signing of the paperwork I didn't get any incentive at all, so I felt like I was lied to. Strike two! I never told our saleman I was interested in the Malibu, he was called away several times while we were looking (I do not fault him for that.) We went back over to look at the Cruze and Sonic, and found out the Saleman drew up the paperowrk for the Malibu and was working on getting us approved for that without even confirming that was the car we wanted. So I felt like we were pushed into the malibu most likely so he could get a higher comission, and with the understanding we were getting a 3000.00 incentive which as stated before we did not. Strike 3! We were at the dealership for over 3 hours because there was only 1 finance officer working that day (3 April 2012) Strike 4! We also did not get our car detailed because by the time the finance manger got our loan approved the detailing crew was gone for the day. We were told we could come back the next day, but I live over an hour away from the dealership so that would be more than likely with drive time another 3 hours of my time, plus milage and Gas. Positives, there are not as many but there were some, our saleman was friendly, I don't fault him for us being at the dealership for so long. The finance manger was friendly, I felt like they got us a good loan with a good interest rate, and I am over all happy with the 2012 malibu, at least up to this point. My old finance company offered me a much higher interest rate and a lower loan cap, I would recommend Hare Chevy to anyone who may be credit challenged as they can get you into a new car at a good rate. More
I came to Hare believing that car salesmen will try to talk you into something you're not comfortable with. Fortunately, David did not try to sell me a car; he helped me find the car I had my heart set on talk you into something you're not comfortable with. I explained that I wanted to keep my payments within my budget, and he worked with us very hard to get the price we asked for. Needless to say, I came in to look and shop around for a good deal at various dealers in Noblesville, IN. David found my dream car and worked with his financial department to get us a price that actually fit our budget! We were so impressed with the financing they worked out for us, we didn't even go anywhere else. We KNEW we wouldn't get a better deal else where. If I told you our terms, you might not believe me. My friends and family were certainly shocked at how low our payments are. Long story short, David treated me and my husband with integrity, honesty, and respect. If you want a good deal with no B.S. upselling, I insist that YOU HAVE TO TALK TO DAVID! More

My first attempt didn't work out, but my salesman continued to keep in touch with me, even after he knew my credit situation. He was persistent and worked very hard to get me into a brand new car. My overall experience was GREAT! He provided friendly, professional service thru out my entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the car he sold to me. The team at Hare Chevy was all friendly and courteous.I would suggest everyone to stop at Hare before any other dealership.Great Job Alan More
I had been working with another dealer for a Chevy Colorado. After a week of delay's and finally finding they had lied to me, I was about to write off dealing with Chevy dealerships. My wife called and found out that Hare would be open until 6pm. we arrived at aprx 5:45 and was helped out by Doug. After telling him what we wanted he work with the managers to determine what was the best way to accomplish that. We did not think we would be driving a new vehicle that evening, but a number of people stayed late and we got the deal done. It was a mind blowing experience seeing the help we were given. More
I had visited Hare auto the weekend before I purchased my car with my daughter and son-in-law. We where treated very good by the staff working that day, and even my granddaughter who kept going in and out of car with my daughter and son-in-law. We where treated very good by the staff working that day, and even my granddaughter who kept going in and out of the play room was treated well.she was given candy and popcorn.That kept her very happy. after seeing this I went on line and put all my information in. I was called right away and an appointment was set up for me to come in and talk with them about getting another car. On the day I came in I was given Charlie Stephens to work with. He really knew what he was doing.He explained things so that I would understand them and not just to my husband but to me. Thats rare for the saler to talk to both of us. My car was in bad shape and I thought I would go in and be told I couldn"t get anything at this time. I was suprise Charlie worked and got me a car. I've been leasing cars since the day I got my license and have never been interested in buying, that is, until I met Jeff Alexander. I didn't have any particular interest in one car over the other because it have never been interested in buying, that is, until I met Jeff Alexander. I didn't have any particular interest in one car over the other because it wasn't my intention, originally, to buy. One thing about Jeff that I sensed right away was he LOVES automobiles. His enthusiasm was palpable and I fell in love with every car he showed me but I was definitely sold on the Traverse. All of the amenities and safety features was everything I was looking for. Trust me, I love having a new car every two to three years but Jeff was able to communicate the value of actually owning a car, paying it off, and trading it in whenever I felt needed. I will be back! More
