I was and extremely difficult customer because I really had no interest in giving up my old car although I really had no choice but to. Not only did Chris help me secure financing, when I been deemed "imp had no interest in giving up my old car although I really had no choice but to. He had patience with me through the tears (I literally bawled my entire time at the dealership) and took pictures of me with my old car before I had to say goodbye. Wow! Started on website just looking! After submiting request for finance received a call in about 20 minutes. Again WOW! Wayne spent time with me in my new car showing me how to set up OnStar and explaining various features. Finally, he handed me over to Bryan Matthews who took care of all the leasing paperwork.
