I've bought several new vehicles from Hare and the last two through Wayne Gainey. He' s always been very helpful, and resolved any issues I've had. I don't like Hare's policy of putting Nitrogen in the tir two through Wayne Gainey. He' s always been very helpful, and resolved any issues I've had. I don't like Hare's policy of putting Nitrogen in the tires. I consider it a gimic and refuse to pay for it. If they want to do it for free, that's fine; however, I don't want to pay for it. I had a bad experience initially after buying my new vehicle. But once the problem reached the proper people, it was solved very quickly and they were very understanding. Judy did a great job listening vehicle. But once the problem reached the proper people, it was solved very quickly and they were very understanding. Judy did a great job listening to why I was upset, and keeping me informed. She really got things moving in the right direction and resolved quickly. And Dan was wonderful also. We were just about to leave when we couldn't get the vehicle we wanted for our price range, when Dan stopped us, took some time to talk with us, take a look at our papers, and he made it happen. Between the 2 of them, I felt like they really cared about our experience, and did their best to correct it. More
