Not only did Mr. Simpson find the vehicles, but he was able and willing to work with us to maximize the trade values received for our vehicles and get the overall cost down. Our experience with others we had contact with was excellent with everyone willing to work to resolve any issues. The only negative was the time required to complete the deal. However, this was a function of the number of people who were shopping for a car and not the fault of Hares. More

Eric did well. He helped me find what I needed. I liked that he went to ask when he didn't have the answer. He was personable and made us feel comfortable during the process. The one negative to note is how long we were there. I believe we were there between 5-6 hours. I think the biggest delay was the lack of sufficient 'financing' personnel. Perhaps there's a way to increase the staff during high volume times. What about bringing back recent retirees or temporary staff from recently closed dealers for that time? Jerry More
