Shawn was very attentive and courteous. He made sure that we were comfortable and happy with the choice that we made. He didn't pressure us in anyway and was able to get us the amount we needed to pay that we were comfortable and happy with the choice that we made. My experience with Hare in Noblesville, Indiana was one that caused a family-like type environment. Reneau was careful to listen to my needs based on my family's saftey, the amount of travel that would be that caused a family-like type environment. Reneau was careful to listen to my needs based on my family's saftey, the amount of travel that would be required out of the car I chose, and my personal likes and dislikes. He was very patient with me, as I believe some of my questions may have seemed silly, he assured confindence that any question deserves an answer. Reneau knew what features the cars I looked at had and how they worked, he explained pros and cons to each car I had interest in and at all times he never derailed from my personal budget, keeping my best interest in mind. The rest of the family all seemed friendly, the building was clean and provided comfort in the means of drinks, snacks, comfortable waiting areas (even a play area for children), and the restrooms were up-to-date, clean, and smelled good. I believe the repair shop will give the same type of service and I'm told of a shuttle bus that can give a customer a ride to the local store while waiting on their repair to be completed. I especially liked learning of the companys' family background and how each member of Hare in Noblesville appeared to be excited to be a part of this company. Diana Dunn More
Purchased a 2007 chevy Equinox. I was offered nowhere near $4000 more than my trade-in vehicle was worth as was emphatically advertised on the radio. Mr. Yossef was our salesperson. He was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. There were no high pressure tactics used. First I only visited the dealership one time. I found a vehicle that I was interested in. A couple days later I made a deal with the salesperson Wayne Gainey to purchase the vehicle after a several phone c vehicle that I was interested in. A couple days later I made a deal with the salesperson Wayne Gainey to purchase the vehicle after a several phone calls back and forth. This was on a Monday and we were unable to pick up the vehicle until Friday. The salesperson was not able to be at the closing because of a previous engagement. When we arrived the person we were supposed to meet was not there to meet us. Another salesperson was asked to take care of us and he did a wonderful job. His name was Brian I believe. He even stayed over past hours to familiarize us with the vehicle. When we finally after a long period of time went in with the finance man (Dan) it was clear that he was overwhelmed with all that was going on. i.e. People waiting on him to close their deals, although he took the proper amount of time to deal with us individually. We realized that we had not received a lot of information that we should have received before we arrived. i.e. finance approximate rate, payment approximate amount etc. Of course the salesperson was not there to answer our questions. Finance man had to fill us in on a lot on info we should have received before we showed up to close the deal. When we saw the finance amounts they were not the same numbers that I had agreed on on Tuesday with the sales person. i.e. Price we were paying for the vehicle, price that we were being given on our trade in. They were different than what I had agreed on. We did not receive any calls from Mr. Gainey after the sale asking how everything went of even a thank. Lessons learned; 1 Do not try and do a deal over the phone. Make sure you receive documentation on what has been agreed to over the phone. 2. Do not close a deal without the salesperson you dealt with there to answer any question about the transaction. The dealership might be very good but I cannot give Mr. Gainey good marks because of the discrepancy in numbers and his not being there for the closing although he let me know he would not be there. More
