A Cross-Country Corvette Purchase! I had been looking for a Corvette with some preferred options and a specific color (Crystal Red). Wayne Gainey at Hare Chevrolet posted a great inte I had been looking for a Corvette with some preferred options and a specific color (Crystal Red). Wayne Gainey at Hare Chevrolet posted a great internet presentation of the exact car. After contacting Wayne I asked for specific pics to be sent over. He worked with me for 3 days answering all my questions, sending videos, and even had it put on a rack for even more pics. Following Wayne's efforts and with the car looking solid I made a down payment and flew cross-country to finalize the deal. Wayne and his assistant Amanda Kellogg took great care of me! I was met at the airport and escorted to the dealership in Noblesville. Wayne and team had the car clean, inside the shop, and ready for my detailed review (it was -14F that night and I'm from Arizona - yikes!). I was going to be pretty fussy, but they were ready for me! The personal time spent with me, and with Amanda and Brad Lowery in Finance doing their part, the team made this a smooth and trustworthy experience! Well done guys! He went back and forth several times to sales manager to get me the price I wanted. He literally asked me what i would pay (reasonable of course), and gave me that price. When i mentioned I was going to go to another dealership to look at a very comparable car, he sent me on my way in the car I was interested in buying from him. He told me he was confident I’d be buying the car he showed me. And he was right. I came back and he sealed the deal for us. After a long day of car shopping, the day didn’t seem so bad when working with Vince. I would definitely use Vince again. More

Great experience buying sight unseen! I caught a trade-in vehicle online when searching for a specific vehicle, a 4-wheel drive truck made by a brand they don't normally deal with. I had dropped a few e-mails trying to get details on similar vehicles in a 250 mile circle around me, and Hare was the only one to respond in a timely manner. I was in a unique situation, because I knew exactly what I wanted, but didn't have the time in my busy schedule to travel in 4 directions to test drive all the vehicles on my list. I was teamed up with Corbin in sales, which did a fantastic job handling my sale and paperwork even though I was unable to visit the lot and physically conduct the sale. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and professionally. He sent me detailed pictures, and gave me a full report on the vehicles condition. My papers were mailed, and returned in less than a week, and the vehicle was shipped to my door that weekend in perfect condition. I am glad I took a leap of faith with Hare, and will look at them again next time I purchase something. Thanks! More

Not satisfied I popped in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation after receiving reminder for service earlier in the week. My paid in advance service agreement expired 300 miles ago or the equivelant of one weeks driving. I paid full price for the service and continued about my day. If I knew I was going to be charged, I would of performed the service myself. More
