A friend had referred me to this dealership and suggested I go online and fill out a form, they also suggested a specific person to talk to. So, I went on line and filled out a form and the next day I received a phone call from the dealership, I asked to speak with this person and was instructed that she would not be in due to an injury. So I was then sent to Francis who helps this person out. Right away Francis was doing everything he could do to help me out. I told Francis that I lived about and hour away and I did not want to drive all the way down there if I was not going to be able to get a car. Within a couple hours Francis had called me back stating that he had got me approved for a loan. Francis was very patient and understanding with me and all my questions and phone calls. I would highly recommend Hare Chevrolet to anyone, and highly suggest they speak with Francis. More

This has been best buying experience my wife and I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. My first experience was not good. Tuesday, I was given to a salesman who didn't want to "deal" with me because I was looking for a buy here pay here deal. I left. Today (Thursday) I went back to the dealership, explained to the receptionist I did not want to speak with the same salesman due to the way he treated me. She had me speak with Francis. He first introduced himself and shook my hand. A much better way to treat a potential customer. I explained my finacial situation, and he actually listened to me. He showed me the vehicles available. I test drove and we put together a deal. Because of Francis' professional behavior, I purchased a vehicle today. I have always been told "Word of mouth is your best or worst form of advertisement". My wife and I had a real good experience with Hare Chevrolet. Bought a new Avalanche, at a good price. Was treated the way customers should be treated.
