Took our car in for an oil change and new front brakes on the day before Christmas Eve. It was determined there was an issue with the timing belt and that it needed to be replaced as soon as possible. We sai the day before Christmas Eve. It was determined there was an issue with the timing belt and that it needed to be replaced as soon as possible. We said we wanted the belt replaced but there wasn’t enough time to fix it that day. Our service manager Steven Matz knew we were leaving the next day to spend Christmas in South Carolina and suggested we keep the loaner car we were given that morning just to be on the safe side, they would replace the timing belt the day after Christmas and we could pick the car up when we returned on Monday. Steven knew I was panicking about driving our car with the timing belt issue. His offer to take the loaner car on our trip was such a relief! This level of customer service is hard to find these days but I always know Harper Acura will provide just that. Thanks so much Steven! More
