My MDX has had a chirping sound since it was purchased in 2017. Also have continued to have shifting issues with the transmission. These issues were investigated on every service call since the car was new. 2017. Also have continued to have shifting issues with the transmission. These issues were investigated on every service call since the car was new. On our most recent service Jeff found a ruptured rear motor mount. That has finally fixed the chirping. I am hopeful that a solution for the poor shifting of the transmission will finally be fixed. The service team at Harper Acura are great. My thanks to Jeff, Arles and Steve for not giving up! More

Had a great experience buying my car at this dealership during the pandemic. Salesman Daniel was great and had the paperwork filled out so all we had to do was show up and sign (which was great with 2 litt during the pandemic. Amazing service as always at Harper Acura. My most recent visit was for maintenance on my oldest (a Acura 2008 TL) and my service contact Steve helped me navigate what my 207,000 mile baby was due for and he visit was for maintenance on my oldest (a Acura 2008 TL) and my service contact Steve helped me navigate what my 207,000 mile baby was due for and helped prioritize the things needed. This was an involved service including Timing Belt replacement.I arrived just after my scheduled time, I was greeted immediately, offered a beverage, and checked in. I then was given a brand new 2021 TLX to drive while the pros at Harper executed the service I desired. I got a call from Steve mid day for an update on one of the items I thought would need replacement. Steve told me the service techs did not see a need to replace at this time. Who does that in today’s world? I was a buyer the deal was already made but my Acura dealership acts in my best interest. Later that day I dropped off the amazing new TLX and reunited with my old friend who will continue to be there for the next hundred thousand. That’s one of the great things about Acura as they continue to evolve and produce exciting product, people are rarely forced into replacing one due to its age. More
