Superior Customer Service experience. I was in Knoxville for business for the day and my 2014 MDX posted an issue with my 12 Volt system. Recently I had a couple of issues with my 2009 MDX which has over 167,000 miles on it (I have really enjoyed driving this MDX). I actually stopped in unexpectedly due to a problem with my battery.
