Great service Harper Acura has a reputable name in Knoxville Tennessee. I purchased my MDX there , and took it in for the first time for an oil change. Do not buy a used car here One month ago I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Harper Acura.I paid 14,900. Cash .Within 2 days this car had problems.I didn’t purchase the 3000 One month ago I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Harper Acura.I paid 14,900. Cash .Within 2 days this car had problems.I didn’t purchase the 3000 dollar warranty because I couldn’t afford it.Ricky Loy the salesman had told us stories of how great they were to fix problems if the car had problems immediately.A lie.I know used cars are as is but 2 days really.I have had the car in Nissan 2 times in this month.When I went to get my tags I told him my second key would not work he had no idea why he would ask and get back.Still waiting for that call.I just took it back to Nissan and they programmed it to the car.I am retired and my son is disabled so my advice to you is do not buy a used car from HarperAcura unless you purchase the 3000 dollar warranty or you are wealthy enough to spend a lot of money for repairs.This is really sad for a company that says they care.Truth is they don’t.Do yourself a favor and please purchase somewhere else.I sure wish I had. More

My husband has always been the one who bought the cars but he is disabled now and can’t even go with me to test drive it. I was sooo nervous the first time I bought one all by myself from there. They were so friendly and helpful, I knew that was where I wanted to buy the next one. I live an hour away but it’s worth the drive when it needs service. Ricky Loy was the salesmen who helped me this time. He was so patient showing me how the features worked. I really appreciated it because I’m almost 66 and that stuff just goes over my head sometimes. I’m loving my 2020 RDX. Linda More

I showed up unannounced and Mark was very helpful in se I was fortunate enough to catch a great condition Chevrolet Tahoe in on trade at Harper Acura. I showed up unannounced and Mark was very helpful in setting me up for a test drive. I knew I wanted to buy the Tahoe after the test drive but dreaded the negotiating/paperwork process. In the end I was in and out of the finance manager's (Cody, also very helpful and professional) office within 15 minutes which is miraculous in the car business. I've bought plenty of cars and it has never been under an hour. First-rate experience. More
Awesome experience Drove 2 hours to this dealership to purchase our very first Acura. We wanted an MDX hybrid in fathom blue and our local dealership told us this was n Drove 2 hours to this dealership to purchase our very first Acura. We wanted an MDX hybrid in fathom blue and our local dealership told us this was not available in this color. Made the call to Harper and they did everything to find us this vehicle and essentially intercepted from a dealership in California. We love the vehicle and will never go back to a Lexus RX which is what we had before. We will always deal with Harper in the future. Genuinely good folks. More
