My husband has always been the one who bought the cars but he is disabled now and can’t even go with me to test drive it. I was sooo nervous the first time I bought one all by myself from there. They were so friendly and helpful, I knew that was where I wanted to buy the next one. I live an hour away but it’s worth the drive when it needs service. Ricky Loy was the salesmen who helped me this time. He was so patient showing me how the features worked. I showed up unannounced and Mark was very helpful in setting me up for a test drive. I knew I wanted to buy the Tahoe after the test drive but dreaded the negotiating/paperwork process. In the end I was in and out of the finance manager's (Cody, also very helpful and professional) office within 15 minutes which is miraculous in the car business. I've bought plenty of cars and it has never been under an hour. First-rate experience. More

Awesome experience Drove 2 hours to this dealership to purchase our very first Acura. Made the call to Harper and they did everything to find us this vehicle and essentially intercepted from a dealership in California. Took my Honda fit there to get a new axle. Courtney was the one who scheduled the appointment and was very helpful and nice. When I took it in, I was greeted by Steve. He was very welcoming and helpful. We the one who scheduled the appointment and was very helpful and nice. When I took it in, I was greeted by Steve. He was very welcoming and helpful. We found out that the brake lines needed to be replaced. They had to order the parts and I had to come back the next day. They next day came and they were again very welcoming and helpful.
