Took my Honda fit there to get a new axle. Courtney was the one who scheduled the appointment and was very helpful and nice. When I took it in, I was greeted by Steve. He was very welcoming and helpful. We the one who scheduled the appointment and was very helpful and nice. When I took it in, I was greeted by Steve. He was very welcoming and helpful. We found out that the brake lines needed to be replaced. They had to order the parts and I had to come back the next day. They next day came and they were again very welcoming and helpful. Extremely Happy With Harper Acura's Service Department! On a Sunday evening, we were traveling home to Nashville when we experienced a non-repairable flat tire outside of Knoxville.
