Recently I had a couple of issues with my 2009 MDX which has over 167,000 miles on it (I have really enjoyed driving this MDX). I actually stopped in unexpectedly due to a problem with my battery. Steve was very nice & helpful - after the problem was diagnosed, I was given a loaner to drive while they worked on my vehicle. Also, the mechanic did a great job diagnosing & fixing the problem. Great experience. The infotainment center intermittently would go off, stay off, then come back on. The service team diagnosed it as a cable and replaced it. System now works fine.
