Good Customer Service Comes with Hassle My wife has only has one major problem with her car, two years ago her car had a horrible noise, even video recorded it and she played it for service, My wife has only has one major problem with her car, two years ago her car had a horrible noise, even video recorded it and she played it for service, they sent her home and used up our last free oil change. When I brought it in a month later, they were shocked that her new car was making this noise, ended up being a tension spring inside the head of the engine, and they replaced the entire top end of the engine. So this was the first occasion that their service was less that acceptable, they basically ignored her when she brought in and played the video, but took me seriously when I brought it in and played the exact same video. Then recently brought it in for a recall, I asked them to check the transmission as my wife felt like it was shifting hard. When I bought the car 2 1/2 years ago it was a certified pre-owned so it came with an extended warranty, and I also bought the 7 years 90K mile warranty. When I asked for the transmission to be checked they told me it would cost me as our car was not under warranty, I asked them to check again, 3 times they came back to me to say my car was not under warranty and I would have to bring my sales paperwork into prove that it was, I had to call back and speak to their Finance manager to have him look up our warranty which he agreed that our car was under warranty till 2025. They have decent customer service you just have to fight to get it what you paid them for up front. More

Quality from purchase to service We purchased our 2015 MDX through Harper a little over a year ago. We originally were going to Atlanta in hopes of a better deal/selection, but after We purchased our 2015 MDX through Harper a little over a year ago. We originally were going to Atlanta in hopes of a better deal/selection, but after getting a bit of a run around we decided to give a local dealer a chance. They got us the vehicle we wanted for a good price and even handled a minor glass issue for us at no charge. Since the purchase, we've brought the MDX in a few times for service and they've been very proactive getting things covered under warranty and just in general doing a good job. We have been very satisfied with the service we have received from Harper both during the sale and servicing the vehicle. More

A rock cracked windshield and they called and explained issue and ask if we minded keeping MDX loaner an additional two days while they replaced windshield and reset focus for sensors and camera.
