I called the service department at Harper Acura and got an appointment that was convenient to me. When I went in, I was promptly greeted. The servicing only took about 15 minutes, and included a multi point inspection of the whole vehicle. If my Acura needs service, I always take it into Harper Acura. More

Scheduling was very efficient and comprehensive I was very pleased with the timeliness and thoroughness of the process. They gave me a loaner car which made the scheduling of the service very conve I was very pleased with the timeliness and thoroughness of the process. I was impressed to find that they checked for any recalls or software upgrades and simply planned to include that during the service appointment even though that was not the reason for the appointment. Excellent service (from a dog lover) I bought my car at another dealer, and just moved to the Knoxville area, so this was my first experience with Harper Acura. They did a great job with the scheduled maintenance and diagnosed and fixed another problem. I know that part of the service Acura provides is a complementary car wash. In my past dealings with Acura (I've had an MDX since 2008), the complementary car wash never included cleaning the insides of windshields, so I thought nothing of it. My 11-year-old dog Clyde died in July of 2018. Since he died, I have left his nose prints on the inside of the rear windshield of my car. Every time I looked in the rearview mirror, I saw those smudges and it reminded me of him. Harper Acura did such a good job that his nose prints are now gone. I don't know if I was ready for that to happen but I appreciate the thoroughness of the job - and maybe giving me the push I needed. Thank you Harper Acura! More
