I was not disappointed. Robbie Denton explained all the features of the car and when it was time to make a decision I received a good offer on my trade in and a great price for the purchased car. Buying a car can often be as enjoyable as getting a root canal. But Harper Acura makes the buying experience uncomplicated and pleasurable. I would have to comment on getting your car serviced there, too. The service experience is excellent and low key, which is why I came to buy a car. I felt I could trust them. More

Always a good experience I took my 2011 MDX for regular B1 service. I really like the accelerated service that lets you come without an appointment. A1 Service Took my TLX in for A1 service, and got a loaner vehicle. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Work was done faster than I expected. Every time I come for service the people I talk to (Phil and Tony this past service) are always kind, friendly, respectful, and professional. From the time you drop off your car till you pick it up, you are always treated nicely. Phil always explain the service done to your car. I forgot something from the rental car and It was good that Tony checked, and was nice of him to ran and handed me my forgotten thing before I left service.
