Really appreciate the way they review the multi point service report in detail so that I will be aware of future items l will need to plan on dealing with. I have been using Harper Acura's service department since 2002, and l have always been very satisfied with each and every visit. Richard runs a tight ship. Believe me when the occasion arises that these guys need to go the extra mile for you they will not disappoint. More

Such as..muffins, fruit and/or breakfast bars. The chips and crackers just don’t do it in the morning. More

I dropped by unannounced with an issue recently with my one month old vehicle and Steve was able to secure a loaner vehicle so that I wouldn't miss several appointments I'd set up for the day.
