Friendly, Fast and Competent Harper always does a great job for me and my TL. Just an oil change this visit but they thoroughly inspect tires, brakes, fluids, hoses, battery, etc Harper always does a great job for me and my TL. Just an oil change this visit but they thoroughly inspect tires, brakes, fluids, hoses, battery, etc and then wash and vacuum the car afterwards! Took less than an hour and best of all - unlike the "quickie" oil change joints - they don't try to high pressure sell me a bunch of expensive services I don't need. More

Both of my Acura's have been professionally maintained at Harper and this week my wife heard a "rattle" from the engine bay in our 2010 MDX. I called Harper, described the noise, and made an appointment. I dropped off the MDX and was given a loaner (2017 MDX) so the technicians could thoroughly investigate the issue while allowing me to continue with my day. Not only did Harper diagnose the issue (a tensioner pulley with over 100k miles on it) but they did the full multi point inspection before I picked it up that afternoon. Every time I visit Harper Acura I am reminded why I am so loyal to the Brand.....Service! Yes the cars are great but I have been to other luxury service departments and they just fail to create the level of trust and comfort that the Harper Culture creates. More
