Great Service Department I have a 2015 RDX and have always been very satisfied with the service that I've received at Harper Acura. I recently visited the service department I have a 2015 RDX and have always been very satisfied with the service that I've received at Harper Acura. I recently visited the service department for an extended warranty issue. When I arrived I was greeted by a young man who directed me to Steve Matz. I have dealt with Steve before and always find him to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. He quickly processed the paperwork necessary for me so I could be on my way with a loaner vehicle that was ready and waiting for me. The loaner vehicle is a nice perk so that I don't have to sit and wait for my vehicle to be serviced. My RDX was ready even before it was promised. When I arrived to pick up my RDX, Steve was ready to discuss the service that was performed and make sure I was pleased with the findings. I appreciate the attention that they pay to detail . . . and the complimentary car wash is also appreciated. More

Outstanding service I own a 2008 TL and Harper is the only service department that has ever worked on it They are great to work with and after dealing with them for almos I own a 2008 TL and Harper is the only service department that has ever worked on it They are great to work with and after dealing with them for almost ten years I know that I can trust them to take good care of my car. Superb in every way. I used to have TL, had a short break, and then I got it again.I used to deal with Richard Tomba in the past, and he was always great. I had a problem with electronic steering, and I was recommended to visit the dealership for check. From the first moment I stepped in to the exit, the experience was superb. It sort of reminds you why you drive Acura. The repair was fully covered under warranty, and the service people ensured that it was all properly take taken care. i worked with Steve who was super-helpful and courteous. I got a great loaner car. Service took 2 1/2 days, so I kept the loaner for that time. We all usually hate the experience at the dealership or service because there is always a undertone of being take advantage of. Not at Harpers. All in all, I cannot more highly recommend the dealership. I am going to bring family members to shop for the car there as a sign of appreciation. More
