Had to pay for a part that had been installed incorrectly My 2008 TL sounded like a diesel at idle after Harper's 105,000 mile service. Everyone in the service department said it sounded normal. 25,000 mi My 2008 TL sounded like a diesel at idle after Harper's 105,000 mile service. Everyone in the service department said it sounded normal. 25,000 miles later during a routine oil change, the tech said I had a noisy drive belt tensioner. Finally, someone admitted this was not a normal condition. After the service I looked through all my old Service Bulletins and discovered this was a known problem years earlier. Bulletin 08-031, February 17, 2011. Otherwise, I have always been impressed with Harper's service department. Will continue to return because except for this one disappointment, I would have given them 5-stars. More
