Nice and courteous sales but didn't fix issue with vehicle This dealership was very prompt with returning my calls and answering all of the questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in. I will say the finance process took entirely to long to complete paperwork, taking nearly an hour and a half. Another complaint is that the vehicle that I purchased has lowering springs on it that has a moderately loud popping noise everytime I hit a small bump in the road. I contacted Harper and was informed that there is nothing that they can do for it and that I would have to put the factory springs back on at my cost to fix the issue. I spent $30,000 on this vehicle. This issue should have been resolved. I am pleased with the price of the car and the hospitality but not at all with Harper not willing to help out with the issue. More
