I visited the dealership to look at a used Honda Pilot I will have to say that this was the best experience at a dealership that I have ever had. This is our second pre-owned purchase from them in the past year. Their service on our vehicles has always been great. We have come to trust them and can depend on the experience to be first class. Depending on the lenght of time for the repair, a loaner is available. No matter what the repair or service is, our vehicle is always returned inspected with a report, nicely washed and the interior cleaned, which is an added value. More

Best customer service and trustworthy I have worked with Harper Acura for several years now. They serviced my Acura for several years and last year I bought my Nissan from Billy Morton. I I have worked with Harper Acura for several years now. They serviced my Acura for several years and last year I bought my Nissan from Billy Morton. I most recently have been working with Bill Johnson on some detail work for my car. He is so accessible and went out of his way to meet me this morning. Being a single mom in town with a baby, you have to be aware of those trying to take advantage and not once have I ever felt this way with those at Harper Acura. Bill Johnson, Billy Morton, the finance and service departments have always gone out of their way to help me, give me their most honest advice, car searched for me for over 6 months, and have always done what's in the best and safest interest for my daughter and I. I feel like they are family. I will probably never buy a car from anywhere else and encourage everyone to do business with any of the Harper dealerships. :) I can't say enough kind words about this business and their staff! More
