Best customer service and trustworthy I have worked with Harper Acura for several years now. They serviced my Acura for several years and last year I bought my Nissan from Billy Morton. I I have worked with Harper Acura for several years now. They serviced my Acura for several years and last year I bought my Nissan from Billy Morton. I most recently have been working with Bill Johnson on some detail work for my car. He is so accessible and went out of his way to meet me this morning. Being a single mom in town with a baby, you have to be aware of those trying to take advantage and not once have I ever felt this way with those at Harper Acura. Bill Johnson, Billy Morton, the finance and service departments have always gone out of their way to help me, give me their most honest advice, car searched for me for over 6 months, and have always done what's in the best and safest interest for my daughter and I. I feel like they are family. I will probably never buy a car from anywhere else and encourage everyone to do business with any of the Harper dealerships. :) I can't say enough kind words about this business and their staff! More
Great experience: Billy Morton is the Best After dealing with "the Harper experience" in the past my husband and I were sure that we were buying from them again. We had previously owned an Infiniti and were very torn. After being treated like family by Billy Morton, we knew Acura was worth the try. I am so pleased that we made this purchase. The car is great and knowing this dealership is always there for us makes this a win-win!!! I should also mention that Billy went out of his way to find the exact car that we wanted. What I really like is how they actually inspect tires, brakes, battery, fluid levels and other stuff and give me a written report. So much better than those so called "speedy" oil change places that bring out a dirty oil filter and tell me that I may not make it home unless I get a coolant flush or transmission fluid change or injector cleaning treatment. More
