I purchased the Acura RDX, extremely pleased with comfort, quietness, and overall performance. Only slight issue, MPG is averaging 13 (all city driving) at this point (with less than 130 miles). Sure hope this improves! More

THE EXPENSIVE BATTERY DIED IN JUST A FEW DAYS AND IT WAS SO BAD IT WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE!!! THIS IS NOT RIGHT NOR A FAIR WAY TO PUT SOMEONE ONE THE ROAD. Sissy lives in Kingsport and the battery died in Knoxville. If the car had actually gone through a complete checkup the battery charge capacity could have been checked quickly and simply. I never dreamed a quality place like Harper would miss this. I have bought several used cars but never one with a battery that died almost immediately!! Can you (Harpers) make it right?? More

Then Joey Tipton was outstanding as our Sales Advisor. Took an educational approach which is what we wanted. Helped us choose options right for us. Then took much time to educate us about all the features. Joey set up many features (there are hundreds) to help get us started. Car was ready for delivery when promised and had all accessories installed.
