Excellent Experience Was planning to buy another Lexus to replace our 2014 RX 350 and stopped in to check on a couple of items on the MDX and was informed that the 2017's Was planning to buy another Lexus to replace our 2014 RX 350 and stopped in to check on a couple of items on the MDX and was informed that the 2017's were out and they used regular gasoline. Joey showed me the new vehicles and colors, answered all my questions, and was very helpful in general. Took my wife over a couple of days later to look the cars over and test drive one. Couple days later went back and in a few minutes Joey and I negotiated a trade for our Lexus for a new 2017 MDX. I feel like we got an excellent deal. Very low key dealership. More

Comfortable, informative, and friendly Since it had been over a decade since I bought my last vehicle, I wanted to take my time and purchase a car that would best fit my needs and budget. T Since it had been over a decade since I bought my last vehicle, I wanted to take my time and purchase a car that would best fit my needs and budget. The first time I test drove the RDX I was given a great overview of the car by Billy Morton. He was very knowledgeable. He knew I very interested in the safety features and he explained them in great detail! If I didn't understand, he could make it more basic so I could understand. There was no pressure. I asked him to compare the RDX to another company's vehicle and he did not give negative comments but encouraged me to go and test drive it. I did and I came back to the RDX and this dealership. It had been several months but when I came back to Harper to begin test driving again, it was very easy and comfortable - no pressure. Billy Morton is so easy to work with - no question is too minor. He relates his own experiences which helps in the decision process. Billy really wants you to make the best decision for you. He explained the warranty and service benefits that Harper provides which was extremely important to me. Again Billy Mortan was fantastic to work - knowledgeable with great applications as to how a feature will effect your driving. He and the people of Harper Acura want you to be extremely pleased with your purchase and their customer service. I highly recommend! More

Richard came out to inform me what all would be done for the 15,000 mile service and what the cost would be. I was very comfortable in the waiting room. My RDX was ready in a very reasonable time. My RDX drives smoothly with no issues whatsoever. I would not dream of taking my RDX anywhere else for service. More

This time, however, I decided to check my RDX computer to see what it said regarding my oil level as I was leaving. It said "Oil Life 30%!" I just had an oil change! I pointed this out and a technician apologized and quickly rectified the issue by resetting the computer. A rare oversight, no doubt. Still ACURA needs to be aware of this, and others might want to also check similar issues after service before going on a trip. More
