He was very nice, answered our questions, honest, so easy to work with, not your typical car salesman running out to greet you and bugging you. He got us what we wanted and made it a wonderful experience. Tom Pack was also a great help and very nice to work with. They have never steered me wrong. Going thru a divorce Billy worked with me for 6-9 months on finding what was best for me, my daughter, and my situation....always texting me updates on what they had available and traded for. I really want an Acura MDX but can't afford it right now but didn't feel comfortable going anywhere else and luckily got a Nissan from them which I love! I will continue to work with them now and in the future. Billy was so patient, helpful, and knowledgable. Tom was great to work with financially bc I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to that stuff. He took the reigns and explained to me what he was doing and basically did it for me. He was so personable and friendly. Bill Harper is also a wonderful man that has his customers best interest in mind. I probably will never purchase anther car from anywhere else with the customer service and care I have received from Harper Acura. I feel like I'm friends with Ray, Billy, and Tom now and will probably go by just to visit and say hi!! More
