Thank goodness we picked them! Billy who met and spoke with both my wife and I, along with Tom in financing were both equally friendly, honest, and professional. Harper had exactly the vehicle my wife was looking for and they offered us a great trade in deal on her previous vehicle. From beginning to end, the entire process could not have been any easier. Especially considering buying something as costly as a new vehicle can be a daunting process to some. I was prepared for a "typical" car salesman attitude and potentially a waste of time. Billy approached us and was very welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the fact that we never even looked at a car for the first 45 minutes because we were discussing things. That showed me that his agenda wasn't to get me in a car as fast as he could but to gain knowledge from us about what we were looking for so he could be as helpful as possible. I felt he was very genuine, honest, and respectful with us and did what he could to get us what we were looking for in our price range. Since we are out of towners, Billy suggested we take the car for the afternoon and mull it over if need be. We did, loved it even more, came back and bought our first car as a married couple. I highly recommend Billy, as he was never pushy with us and is trustworthy.
