The unexpected thing was they were going to let me use a loaner car until my repairs were complete. We've owned all kinds of cars- Honda, Infiniti, Ford, Chevrolet, Plymouth. I've never had that as an option, especially if I didn't buy it with the dealer. More

There was never a moment of the typical "let me go ask my manager who is behind the secret door " and the back and forth that is the formula for most dealerships. Shannon Harper put me in contact with Billy Morton who had vast knowledge of the Acura fleet. We test drove some and I let him know the things that were important to me. He followed up with an email listing some MDX's that fit my criteria. He encouraged me to come and take one to keep overnight. I bought it when I returned it the next day! Love my new car and loved working with the Harper crew. I never knew car buying could be a happy experience. More
