This was NOT the case when my husband and I walked into Harper Acura on Saturday. Billy Morton met us at the door, and he was friendly, low-key, helpful, and informative. No pressure-- just a sincere interest in helping us find whatever we needed. After a test drive, we decided to buy an MDX. The negotiation process was smooth, fast, and comfortable. We ended up with a fair price (no surprise add-ons), and the finance guy (Tom) was equally easy to work with. We left the dealership driving our new MDX, thrilled with the car and very happy about the purchase experience. We highly recommend this dealership. More

We stopped at Harper Acura fifteen minutes before closing. Billy assisted us with all our questions. He wasn't pushy and he was very personable and easy to talk with. Even though it was closing time he still checked on things for us and allowed us to test drive a used Acura MDX. We were very pleased with the quality of the used vehicles on the lot. Billy told us that Harper is very selective on vehicles they place on their lot and that gave us piece of mind. I am glad that we were able to find a reputable dealership that cares about their customers. It makes me want to come back the next time we purchase a vehicle.
