Not Your Typical Harper Customer I would not consider myself your typical Harper customer. I was not planning on buying a vehicle anytime soon when my wife called me Friday evening to I would not consider myself your typical Harper customer. I was not planning on buying a vehicle anytime soon when my wife called me Friday evening to let me know that the transmission was slipping on our 2006 Ford Expedition King Ranch. I was in NC on a business trip. I did a search on Autotrader and found (2) 2013 King Ranch Expeditions in Knoxville. Saturday morning I went to a well respected used car dealership on Parkside Drive to see the King Ranch Expedition they had. I loved the vehicle but they were not willing to work with me on the terms. They would only submit the deal to one credit union and could not get an answer until Monday. I immediately went to Harper Acura to see the 2013 King Ranch that they had. Their vehicle had approx. 10k less miles (still under warranty), they were asking $2k less, offered $1k more on my trade and submitted the deal to multiple lenders to get me a rate that was approx. 1.25% less than quoted at the other dealership. Not to mention they got the deal approved that morning with only$1k down. The other dealership was requiring $3600 down and no answer until Monday. I drove off the lot that morning a happy Harper customer. Mark Cauthen was very helpful throughout the initial process even though this was a used non-Harper vehicle. He then introduced me to Tom Pack the finance manager. Tom worked very hard, as mentioned above, to get the deal financed. That was not an easy task considering it was a Saturday and my current financial situation. Throughout the process Tom was very honest and made me feel like a friend, not just another deal. I am very grateful to Mark and Tom for all that they did to help me. I don't know if I will ever be in a position to buy a new vehicle from Harper but they will definitely be the first place I look when I am in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Harper, you have a great team! More

Excellent service team I bought my 2006 TSX from Harper Acura and have had it serviced there ever since. The team lead by Richard Tompa is fantastic including service manage I bought my 2006 TSX from Harper Acura and have had it serviced there ever since. The team lead by Richard Tompa is fantastic including service manager Ray Panzera who took care of me at my most recent visit. Scheduling is easy, everybody is friendly and knowledgable, and what needs to be done is done right. I will be coming back as long as I own my car, and I highly recommend Harper Acura to all other Acura owners in the Knoxville TN area. More

Other dealers played all the annoying old school 'what's it going to take to get you in this car?' schtick but Harper, specifically Bill Morton, were professionals and treated me and the transaction with respect. From initial contact to signing the papers and taking deliver, it was a great experience all around. Can't speak for the service department yet, but initial impressions are good. Overall, I recommend Harper Acura and Billy Morton. More

My family has done business with Harper VW for years, but with this being my first car purchase on my own, I wanted something different and I wasn't quite sure what to expect from Acura, but throughout the entire process Mark Cauthen was quick to answer any questions I had about the car and ensured that it was the right fit for my needs. As any first time car buyer knows, financing can be a stressful process, but when I found my TSX Mark handed me off to Tom Pack who was extremely helpful and ensured that I got the best deal possible. Overall I had an excellent experience with the Harper team. I love my TSX and Harper! More
