The team lead by Richard Tompa is fantastic including service manager Ray Panzera who took care of me at my most recent visit. Scheduling is easy, everybody is friendly and knowledgable, and what needs to be done is done right. I will be coming back as long as I own my car, and I highly recommend Harper Acura to all other Acura owners in the Knoxville TN area. More

From initial contact to signing the papers and taking deliver, it was a great experience all around. Can't speak for the service department yet, but initial impressions are good.
