From the minute I pulled up for the first time, there were no pressure sales tactics and they let me take the car by myself on a test drive. We were able to agree on a fair price via email/phone, since I reside in Nashville. Once everything was agreed to, I grabbed a rental car and headed to Knoxville to pick up the car.
