We purchased our first Infiniti seven years ago and got Tommy Pulvirenti by chance. He was such a great sales person to work with that when we bought our next Infiniti we called to make sure that we got hi Tommy Pulvirenti by chance. He was such a great sales person to work with that when we bought our next Infiniti we called to make sure that we got him again! He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he doesn't pressure you. Once we even had to call him on an out-of-town trip to ask him a question about our car. You could tell that he was not troubled at all by us calling him on a weekend and he quickly got an answer for us. I would definitely purchase my next Infiniti through Tommy, and Infiniti has always been great on service visits. They have a nice, comfortable area to wait while your car is serviced, and your car is always returned to you shiny and clean! When we looked at our first Infiniti, we were shocked at how better priced they were over the BMW's and Mercedes. Definitely give Harper Infiniti and Tommy Pulvirenti a try and you won't come out feeling like you or your wallet has been beaten up! More
My wife and I picked up our Infinity today. I wanted to write this review to express my appreciation to Tommy for making the car buying experience almost painless. We had originally not planned to purchase from Harper this time ( we currently own an Acura that was purchased from Harper several years ago) & had happened to drive an Infinity at another dealership just by chance. We decided to just stop & check as to what Harper might have in stock while we were out. We met Tommy on the lot & he listened to what we were in the market for------------- didn't waste our time trying to sell us something we were not interested in! He showed us the one vehicle that matched our inquiry & made taking it for a test drive an easy event. We liked the vehicle, and he made us a no-haggle price on the spot. The delivery of the vehicle today was just as pleasurable as the rest of the experience. We plan to consider Harper for future car purchases not only for the product, but primarily because he made the " dreaded car purchasing experience" pleasurable! Thank You Tommy! More

My experience with Tommy and Harper Infiniti was outstanding. Tommy was informative, courteous, and professional. I purchased my first Infiniti in February. The service I have received from Tommy and Harpper Infiniti has far exceeded any car purchasing experience I have ever had in the past. From my first step into the showroom I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Tommy showed us the QX56 and allowed us to take a test drive. We were not ready to make a decision that day and we did not have any pressure put on us at all. When I called Tommy a few days later I told him my husband wanted me to test drive the JX35 and Tommy brought the car to my work to allow me to test drive. The entire process of purchasing the car along with the follow up to ensure I am happy with my purchase has been unlike anything I have ever experienced. My office is only about 5 miles from the dealership and Tommy has come to work and picked up my car and taken back to the dealership for service. As a working mom this is a huge benefit and not anything I have heard of any other dealership doing before. Whenever anyone ask me about my car I always have exception things to say and brag about what a great experience I have had and continue to have even after the sale. More
Service on 2007 FX45: Front wheels noise--immediately identified as wheel bearing (116,000 miles), right one gone, left one on the way. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Harper Infiniti through sales with Tommy Pulvirenti who is very responsive, accommodating, knows the product, no high pressure sales and does not play games. Nick Dockery in finance has a great personality and makes you feel completely at ease. Both Nick & Tommy are easy going & make the car buying experience a pleasure. The dearlership is neat, clean and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Harper Infiniti and most definitely plan to purchase there from Tommy in the future! More
