We liked and trusted him so much, and so enjoyed our service experiences at Harper, that we decided to add another Inifiniti to our household when our oldest daughter turned 16. Joe helped us to assess our various car needs, and got us launched on another lease, this time a fabulous JX. We found the whole process to be relaxing, enjoyable, and exceedingly fair. His patience and encouragement were much appreciated. We are now pondering which Infiniti we will get when daughters number two and three hit the road in the coming years. We love the friendly, family atmosphere at Harper and the way sales and service departments coordinate on customers' needs. Thoroughly satisfied. More
Tommy and I worked for several days to close a deal on a used 2012 G37C. I traveled from Huntsville Alabamba to Harper. I viewed the car, closed the paperwork with Nick and was gone in two hours. I've been a customer of Harper Infiniti since the fall of 2003. In that time I've purchased 3 new Infiniti's (2004 g35. Sedan -Sport, 2007 m35, & 2011 m37). Never once, in 9 years, have I ever left there wit 2003. In that time I've purchased 3 new Infiniti's (2004 g35. Sedan -Sport, 2007 m35, & 2011 m37). Never once, in 9 years, have I ever left there without a phenomenal experience. It is hands down the best sales, service, and general ownership experience I've ever been involved with, and they have the National Awards to prove it. Both friends and family have also purchased vehicles from Harper and I wouldn't trust them to anyone but Harper's. They are the absolute standard for auto sales and owership excellence. More
Pat Barker sets the bar for selling cars. I've twice driven over 600 miles to purchase an Infiniti from him. Harper is outstanding! Pat was true to his word, which is not something you always see in a person trying to sell you a car. He took the time to help us find the right car for our family needs. The best part about Harper though is the level of service doesn't decline after you drive off the lot. These folks are exceptional!! I was stranded in Florida (month away from the cold weather) and had a minor problem (dead battery) with my QX56--turned out to be operator error. The roadside service only offered to tow the vehicle to the nearest dealer--55 miles away. This was going to be a huge problem for us. Called Matt long distance--he diagnosed the problem over the phone--we were spared the 'tow' option and were on our way in less than an hour. Conduct far above the expected level. More

We just went in for service on my 2006 G-36 - that had 94,000 miles. Service was great, they gave us a loaner G-25 and we loved it. I spoke with Tommy Pulvirenti who had previously sold us 3 Infiniti's and indicated we might be interested in upgrading. Tommy is very knowledgable about Infiniti's (all models) without using high pressure to make the sale. Nick Dockery took care of the paperwork who was also very knowledgable and answered all our questions regarding financing/leasing. The afternoon we picked up the car, it was ready, clean and inside the showroom where Tommy went over all the new features of the car. He and Nick gave us a business card to call if we had any questions. Tommy also set up our first service appointment and has called several times to ask if we had any questions or concerns with the new G-25. Harper is great for service and sale and I would and have highly recommend them to our friends and family. More
One of my neighbors introduced me to Matt and Harper Infiniti. I am now on my fifth Infiniti, all purchased or leased through Matt. Other members of my family have now done business with Harper and I recently referred a friend that purchased a G37x. We all look forward to doing business with Matt in the future. More
