Any service visit I have had at Harpers has been extraordinary. The service people are very sensitive to the needs of the customer. I've been to other dealers to have my cars serviced in the twenty-four years I've been in Knoxville, but Harpers has been the best by far. I've always felt that I would get overcharged or just ripped off at other dealer service shops, but I've never had that feeling at Harpers. Today, I took my car in for an oil change and brake job. Mr. McNair informed me I only needed the oil change. I know very little about cars and I told Mr. McNair they could have done the brake job and I wouldn't have known if I needed it or not. He responded that they are always honest and fair to their customers. This is my fourth Infiniti I've bought at Harpers and I've had them all serviced there. It's good to find a business that exhibits honesty and integrity in their dealings with customers. I will continue to do business at Harpers. More
