We have bought 3 Infintis from this dealership and have them serviced regularly here. Unlike other dealerships that we have dealt with in the past, Harper's service team does not look for things to repair them serviced regularly here. Unlike other dealerships that we have dealt with in the past, Harper's service team does not look for things to repair that don't need to be repaired. We have dealt with Tom McNair many times and he always goes over the service needed before and the service completed afterwards. The service is always completed on time. If we have brought any of the cars in for some problem that needs to be diagnosed, Tom calls to get our approval before repairs are made. He always calls when the service is completed and the car is ready to be picked up. We appreciate the loaner cars when we have needed them. More

The Infiniti G35 is a great car so not much reason for major repairs. Still need to have regular service though. Harper is a family owned dealership of fine foreign cars, housed in separate but adjoining facilities on Kingston Pike in west Knoxville.
