She appeared to know the answers to all of the questions about different aspects, In one case we couldn’t get the computer to interface with my phone, so she got one of the other salesmen with more experience, when that didn’t work she took us to the service department where we made an appointment. She made sure we were happy with our new, used car. We couldn’t have ask for better treatment. We will continue to be customers and use the same saleswoman and service department. More

I always feel comfortable at Harper-just walk in like I live there! The comfort level and extended family feel are some of the many reasons why I’ve stayed with Harper over 24 years!! After 32 years of driving Hondas I decided to switch to VW. Price and quality played a huge factors. The car I was looking for was a VW Taos SE. It exceeded my expectations during a test drive. I was the receiver of a ‘paper work ‘ error. Was informed by VW that my 2024 Atlas would need a new engine cover that would take 15 to repair. . In contacting Harper VW they asked if I could co Was informed by VW that my 2024 Atlas would need a new engine cover that would take 15 to repair. . In contacting Harper VW they asked if I could come in today and the would replace the engine cover in 15minutes. I was give a 2;20 appointment. I arrived at 2:30 anwas told it would be done in 10 minute. 1 1/12 hours later I asked to get my cell phone from the car. Sitting. By the fellow I was asking was my car. He went to get my car and discovered it was done , but he had no paperwork. Evidently my car had been quickly fixed but I was not notified because the person who checked me in Recieved no paperwork. I wonder how long I would have sat in waiting area before someone have realized there was a car sitting there, with someone waiting before I was notified. Harper VW needs to have a checks and balance set up so this does not happen. More
