I was the receiver of a ‘paper work ‘ error. Was informed by VW that my 2024 Atlas would need a new engine cover that would take 15 to repair. . In contacting Harper VW they asked if I could come in today and the would replace the engine cover in 15minutes. I was give a 2;20 appointment. I arrived at 2:30 anwas told it would be done in 10 minute. 1 1/12 hours later I asked to get my cell phone from the car. Sitting. By the fellow I was asking was my car. He went to get my car and discovered it was done , but he had no paperwork. Evidently my car had been quickly fixed but I was not notified because the person who checked me in Recieved no paperwork. I wonder how long I would have sat in waiting area before someone have realized there was a car sitting there, with someone waiting before I was notified. Harper VW needs to have a checks and balance set up so this does not happen. More
